Murder in the Greenhouse Suspense and delight in the greenhouse
On the initiative of the Oberrieden Culture Circle and actress/producer Jacqueline Fritschi-Cornaz, three sold-out performances of the stage play Murder in the Greenhouse were held over the past weekend. An enthusiastic audience let itself be transported by the artists into a world of poetry and verbal acrobatics, accompanied by virtuosic song interpretations and sustaining classical music. Four murders—committed with native poisonous plants—accompanied a wonderful dinner staged to match each scene. A delightfully macabre, skillfully directed entertainment, further enhanced by the special ambience of the Eichenberger nursery’s greenhouse. Produced and written by Jacqueline Fritschi-Cornaz—and realized musically at a high level together with Leo Rusterholz—the piece won over the audience completely.
